Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the emrge collective website ("Site"), the emrge mobile application ("App"), and your purchase or use of any products, memberships, classes, or services offered by emrge collective ("emrge," "we," "our," or "us").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site, App, or services. By accessing or using the Site or App, purchasing a membership or class, attending our studios, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site, App, or services.

Credits & Class Packages

To reserve a class, your account must contain at least one available class credit unless your membership includes unlimited classes.

Class credits may be purchased individually or in discounted packages through our Site or App. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated:

● Credits are non-refundable.

● Credits may expire according to the package purchased.

● Expiration dates cannot be extended except where required by law or expressly approved by emrge Collective.

Memberships

Billing

Membership fees are due upon enrollment.

For recurring memberships:

● Your first payment is processed on the date of purchase.

● Future payments are automatically processed each billing cycle.

● Payments are made through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using a checking account, debit card, or credit card.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize emrge collective to automatically charge your selected payment method for all recurring membership fees.

Membership pricing is subject to change. If pricing changes affect your membership, we will provide advance notice where required.

Membership Cancellations

To cancel your recurring membership, you must provide at least 30 days' written notice.

Cancellation requests may be submitted by:

● Emailing your home studio

Please include your full name with all cancellation requests.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your required notice period.

Membership Freezes

Members may temporarily freeze their membership by contacting their home studio.

Freeze requests must include:

● Full name

● Requested freeze dates

A confirmation will be sent after your request is processed. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact your studio.

emrge collective reserves the right to modify freeze policies at any time.

Class Reservation Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled through the App or Website.

To avoid penalties, reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours before class begins.

Unlimited Memberships

Late Cancellation (within 12 hours):

● $20 Late Cancellation Fee No Show:

● $25 No Show Fee

Class Packs & Single Credits

Late Cancellation:

● Class credit forfeited No Show:

● Class credit forfeited

Unused credits are returned to your account only when a reservation is canceled at least 12 hours before class.

Credits are never refunded.

Bike Check-In Policy

To ensure fairness for all riders:

● Bikes and class spots may be released 2 minutes before class begins.

● Riders who have not checked in by that time may lose their reserved bike.

● Released bikes may be assigned to waitlisted or walk-in riders.

Calling the studio while running late does not guarantee your reserved bike. Once class begins and studio doors close, late entry is not permitted.

Waitlist Policy

When joining a waitlist:

● One class credit is temporarily deducted from your account.

● If a space becomes available, you will automatically be enrolled.

● Notification will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to monitor your waitlist status.

If you no longer wish to attend:

● Remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible.

If you are added within 12 hours of your scheduled class, normal cancellation rules apply.

If you are added within 12 hours of your scheduled class, standard cancellation penalties still apply if you do not attend.

If you are never added into class, your credit is automatically returned.

If emrge collective cancels a class, all credits will automatically be returned.

Arriving Late

If you anticipate arriving close to class time, please call the studio.

If you notify us at least five minutes before class begins, we will make every effort to hold your reservation until class starts; however:

● Your originally reserved bike cannot be guaranteed.

● Late arrivals are not permitted once class has begun.

Leaving Class Early

For the safety of everyone in the room, please notify your instructor before class begins if you anticipate leaving early.

Merchandise Returns

Merchandise purchased in-studio may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

Items must be:

● Unused

● Unworn

● In original condition Eligible returns may receive:

● Exchange ● Store credit ● Refund to the original payment method Online merchandise purchases may also be returned within seven days of delivery by contacting our support team for return instructions.

Lost & Found

emrge collective is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Items left behind will be held for approximately 30 days before being donated or discarded.

Code of Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for every member of our community.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive language, violence, illegal activity, or conduct that disrupts the experience of others will not be tolerated.

emrge collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for violations of this policy.

Damage to Studio Property

Members are responsible for damage caused to studio equipment or property resulting from intentional misconduct or negligence.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, photography, videos, text, branding, website content, app content, class formats, and other materials are the exclusive property of emrge collective or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

You may use the Site and App solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Availability of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any portion of the Site, App, memberships, classes, pricing, schedules, products, or services at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using our Site or App, purchasing memberships or merchandise, booking classes, attending classes, or otherwise participating in emrge collective services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
